Asynchronous Interactive Instructor Based Courses

There are two levels of student status, once payment has been submitted, Pending Active and Self-Activated.

Pending Active:

The Pending student has not yet completed the self-activation process as outlined in the section below. These students are eligible for a refund less a $50 administrative fee. Refunds are not issued more than 30 days after the date of payment.

The Self-Activated Student:

An active student is defined as one who has submitted the Getting Started quiz within the course and therefore has full access to the course materials and other components. The activation process is clearly outlined in the course. Active students are no longer eligible for a refund.
