Withdrawal and Refund Policy

VetMedTeam Veterinary Assistant Program

There are two levels of student status, once payment has been submitted, Pending Active and Self-Activated.

Pending Active:

The Pending student has not yet completed the self-activation process as outlined in the section below. These students are eligible for a refund less a $250 administrative fee. Refunds are not issued more than 30 days after the date of payment.

The Self-Activated Student:

An active student is defined as one who has submitted the Beginning Your VA Program Quiz which is part of the first section of the program. The activation process is clearly outlined. Active students are no longer eligible for a refund.
